Beloved husband of Diane, loving dad of John, Julie and Michael, a dear father in law, loved grandad and proud great grandad. Funeral service will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby on Monday 24th February 2020 at 1.15pm. No flowers by request, donations in memory of Patrick may be given to George Brooke Ltd, Funeral Directors for the benefit of Kirkwood Hospice.
